I was kinda dreading the collegium this year...I've been traveling so much and I was not wanting to go...but I was teaching 2 classes and well, that is something I do enjoy doing. I had a really great day and that really helped with how tired I was. Discussions were good in my classes, I got to see the light bulbs go on in peoples faces and that is the best thing to see when you are teaching. I also got some really good feedback on my 10 books and that is good. I think I'm ready for version 3.0 of the article.

I was happy to see that I was only scheduled for Saturday and that meant fun and relaxing today. But that is skipping ahead. We got on the road well and had a nice drive up. I'm subscribed to the Craftlit podcast and its been good to listen to while driving. Traffic was good and the site was really easy to find. We got there at 10 and I got to hang with Nikki for a while and then go teach my bead class. I forgot the antiquities but it went well. Then I had lunch provided by Shanda lady and then it was the laurel's circle. I had handwork and coffee and that made the time fly. After that I spent time chatting embroidery with Alison and then with chatted with Mingo and Helen Jenet and then it was time for my book class. Helen Jenet was there and she provided very good commentary on the heraldry selection and the class asked good questions and I was SMRT and passed the books around. I got energized from teaching and conversations later with Helen Jenet...we headed out to Rock Bottom with the apprentice family and had a very nice time. Rock bottom's chef can deal with Elizabeth's allergies and we had fun. Then it was a good, very quick drive home (no dumb people on the road) and home. I played a game of Hexic and then it was bedtime. Its been pretty lazy here...mel's feeling off and I finished the bag for mary and started on my afghan. I got confused at the second row...none of the code is in my books. So, hopefully the email I sent ari will get a response that helps. If not at scribble we can work out the stuff.

I made chili mac for dinner and that went over well. And now I think it will be some reading and then an early bed.

I did figure out my A&S projects and now its time to really start working on things.
