Crazy busy....

We headed to Prescott last friday and had a really nice time. It was Hrafn weekend to come in second. Tom lost in the finals to Brian the Pious and Mel almost brought home the warlord axe again. Mel was just not having a great fighting day the day of crown and that is okay. We had family and friends and fun and beer and yeah....good times.
Here we were just before the fighting started.
Benton was awesome all weekend and even managed to snuggle up with me at dinner on Saturday night and fall asleep on me in Lonesome Valley Brewing Company with everyone celebrating. He was zonked. He played hard Sunday, even in the rain and fell asleep about 15 miles from site and didn't want to wake up when we stopped for dinner in Phx. But he ate good and then asked to potty on the way home which was good. We got home, got him settled unloaded and didn't stay up too late.
This week has been busy and I've been working a lot and well, yeah. I get home exhausted and just work on some crochet. I'm a few months behind on gift projects and I have a goal to know a few things out in short order. Of course on Wednesday at Knit night I had to rip back about 6-8 inches of afghan since I realized I'd effed it up something fierce. Oh, well. Its looking good now.
This weekend is me getting my ass back on my bike with the road boars and some parties and cleaning up the house. With travel next week the house needs to be spotless or at least as close as I can get to it.
