How's that for a title. Well, I got in for an early blood donation appointment and that went great. Though I had really not had enough water the day before due to the ride of suck. I did drink tons of water all throughout the day and minus the need for a nap I did pretty good. The chest was a very dull and annoying ache all day. I kept trying to sit so it didn't hurt but meh...that didn't work. I got home and napped hard. Mel had to wake me up cause I promised to make dinner. I was groggy but I managed. I kinda made a taco/asian fusion thingy. I cooked up a bunch of soba noodles and tossed them with sesame seed. I wok fried hamburger, carrots, some steamed asparagus and then put in a drained can of diced tomatoes with jalopenos. It was good. I made a bento box and then remembered that I have a business meeting in Phx today which means I get pasties!!! Woot!

Got done with dinner and we headed off to practice. Everything fit into the back of the car wonderfully. Got to practice and got my chair all set up and had a good time working on some bone carving and chatting with folks. dverning was able to get my rib back in place but it required some massaging of my boobs...Not that I minded...course it hurt but I could breathe much better after it. Got done for the evening and we trundled off for home. I was tired but was able to finish my book after some ibuprofen and a shower.

I was very groggy and tired when I got up this morning. Mel looked almost chipper...which is weird for a tuesday morning. He biked in today even though he had the truck to use. I felt sorry for him in the wind...its kinda nasty today.

I'm hoping to get back from phx in time to make the BFC meeting but we shall see. Luckily with 2 cars life is much better. My chest is sore which is way better than achey and ouchie. I'm okay with that.
