Productive Day...
Feb. 25th, 2009 09:34 amJust got on the interwebs since the work junction was down. But I got lots of good work done before my meeting. I skipped my dept meeting since they didn't provide a charge number for a 2 hour meeting...yeah, thank you no. Just heard it was lame and the breakfast wasn't even hot. LAME!
Work was good but mind numbing. I'm working on a qualification report and after editing other peoples reports this week I'm in information overload and its hard to focus. But I managed to get more paragraphs in and data tables...just need to get the last of the data together and we should be good.
Got home and the wonderful hubby was making dinner. YAY! I got started on sketching out my banner and had dinner with just enough time to pack things up and get ready to make primer when I got back from practice. I was at practice about an hour longer than I wanted but I have new padding in the helm and Charlie is taking the helm for some more TLC. Got home and figured out from emails that unless I drive myself up tommorrow I can't go to the polling. Everyone is leaving earlier than I can leave work and well, I'm okay with that. Mel is heading up for weekend fun with Storvarr and that will give me 2.5 solid days of me time with my projects. Eh all good. I also ran an erran before getting home but that worked well to. I got the primer made, got the girls fed and sewed the sleeves to mel's tunic and got the sleeves sewn but not attached to the kirtle. It just got too late. I worked until about 1030pm and then hit the showers and bed. I was tired and this high pressure weather system is making my head hurt.
But the list is getting pared down slowly but surely...I'm pretty sure the optional stuff will remain optional...sighs, I was hoping but just not enough time for me to finish them by crown which is the 7th. Investiture isn't until the 21st so all is good. We'll see what happens but if I can push hard the next few days I should be in good standing to just have finish work to complete on things and some painting. We shall see though.
