Anniversary fun

ianukWell, we took yesterday and today off from the bomb factory to enjoy time out doing non project/non-sca stuff. We got up yesterday, had a leisurely breakfast at joe's and then headed up to Mt. Lemmon for Pie and to take pictures. Had a nice time, good pie and we also got to do a bit of hiking to some spectacular fall color. Got back into tucson and went to the rose garden and then ventured to Miss Tiggy Winkles toys for some fun. I gots me a cool hat! Then it was home for a nap before we went out to dinner to intermezzo and then to dessert and drinks at 58 degrees. The have breckenridge's vanilla porter on tap!!! Got home and had a nice evening.
This morning we got up after sleeping in and biked about 7 miles. My leg was not the happy. Its been constant iburofen and heat packs since tuesday on it and the cramping is not fun. Got to joe's and had the french toast special...nummy. Then we got home, changed and headed out to the pima air museum. My leg was not happy and I had to sit and watch the live feed from the international space station for a while and then sit and listen to a WWII vet talk about a bombing run (yeah tragic, though painful). We then had lunch at eegees and are now home. I've got pictures edited and I'm working on getting them uploaded before we headed out to possibly payday friday with the college and to a gig that East to West is doing at the French Quarter.
Then tommorrow is site cleanup and masked revel. Hmmm...I should probably do some laundry to...hmmm.
