well the food was fantastic. I started my drinking with the Oktoberfest
which was sweet and sassy. Similar in profile to the Gordon birsch
marzen but smoother and much more complex in flavor. The I tried
The ups which was very sweet, hoppy and balanced. The owner himself
Came out and chatted with us. He was knowledgeable and was happy
to have some beer enthusiasts at his establishment. He suggested that
we go to the tapeoom after dinner and we were quite pleased with
the "hop harvest". Which was an ups that they picked the hope up in hodgkiss
And then brewed it within 24 hours. Ing. Such a balanced floral flavor
aroma and wonderful caramel malt. The finish was even more of the floral
without the bitterness that you usually taste with IPA's.

Then I got swag of cool stickers that say nice jugs. Snerk.
