Our city council is the biggest bunch of idiots. So glad there were folks to bail it out, but it still does not excuse the poor budgeting and sheer stupid that infests the City Council.
This totally makes me grin with claymation squeeking and pretty designs in flame... and a couple arguments about which design goes where and how they're interconnected... 'cause I see this with the slightly crazy gleam in the eye while rockin out...
Y`know, even here in norfolk, *England*, there are fireworks on the 4th of july... um.. i think - im pretty sure i heard *some* going off somewhere in the neighbourhood last year
